ERW steel pipe refers to electric resistance welded steel pipe.It's one kind of welded steel pipe without flux. ERW pipe is manufactured from the DSAW steel pipe. The welding process for ERW/HFW pipe is continous as apposed to welding of dinstinct sections at intervals.
ERW process uses steel coil as feedstock. In steel pipe field,we usually regard these two name as the same thing.
