Tolerance of Square tube

Square rectangle tube, is a kind of square steel tubes and rectangular pipe, is of equal length of steel pipe. Is the strip steel rolled through the process. 1, square tube, rectangular tube wall thickness deviation, allowed when the wall thickness is not more than 10 mm shall not exceed the nominal wall thickness of plus or minus 10%, when the wall thickness is more than 10 mm for the wall thickness of plus or minus 8%, except corners and weld area wall thickness.

2, square tube, rectangular tube usually delivery length is 4000 mm - 4000 mm, 6000 mm and 12000 mm in the majority. Rectangular tube allow delivery not less than 2000 mm short feet and the length of the product, can also interface tube form delivery, but the buyer when use interface tube should be removed. 3, square tube bending of the rectangular pipe shall not be greater than 2 mm per metre, total bending shall not be greater than 0.2% of the total length.
