Galvanized hollow section

Galvanized hollow section is square steel tubes and rectangular structural steel pipe of a call, is of equal length of steel pipe. Is the strip steel rolled through the process. Generally is the strip after unpacking, smooth, curly, form circular tube welding, again by circular tube rolling into square tube and then cut into required length. Is generally 50 per package.

1, the allowable deviation in the wall thickness of the galvanized square moment, when the wall thickness is not more than 10 mm shall not exceed the nominal wall thickness of plus or minus 10%, when the wall thickness is more than 10 mm for the wall thickness of plus or minus 8%, except corners and weld area wall thickness.

2, galvanized square torque tube usually delivery length is 4000 mm - 4000 mm, 6000 mm and 12000 mm in the majority. Torque tube allow delivery not less than 2000 mm short feet and the length of the product, can also interface tube form delivery, but the buyer when use interface tube should be removed. Short feet and non scale product weight is not more than 5% of the total amount of delivery, for theoretical weight greater than 20 kg/m square torque tube shall not exceed 10% of the total amount of delivery.

3, galvanized square  tube bending shall not be greater than 2 mm per meter, total bending shall not be greater than 0.2% of the total length.
